Emergency Storm Relief.

High-voltage support . . . 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Whether it's a hurricane, an ice storm or a good old-fashioned thunderstorm, Didado Utility Company excels at emergency storm response. To maximize efficiency, Didado Utility Company divides its emergency storm relief services into two groups: The High Voltage Group and The Building Group. The primary focus of both groups is to be of service to the communities that have entrusted the Didado Utility Company with restoring power quickly and safely.

These divisions can work alone or together - as well as in conjunction with local, state and federal agencies - to repair storm damage or damage caused by other disasters. The combined capabilities of Didado Utility Company's emergency storm repair groups offer the flexibility required to assemble professional crews who are ready to begin work immediately and not quit until power is restored and the customer is satisfied. Services are available anywhere east of the Rocky Mountains.

The High Voltage Group
This group works with large utility companies and specializes in storm reconstruction activities spawned by hurricanes, blizzards, ice, floods, tornados and other disasters. Repairing the infrastructure and restoring electrical service with as much speed and efficiency as humanly possible is the number one goal of The High Voltage Group.

The Building Group
This group works directly on structures damaged by storms or other disasters. Residential sites, commercial buildings, hospitals and community facilities have all benefited from the emergency storm relief services provided by this division of Didado Utility Company. While the skilled electricians and other workers function with speed and efficiency to restore critical services, they never lose sight of the fact that they are dealing with people who may have lost their home or a loved one. This compassion for the human element was evident during hurricanes in Florida and along the Gulf Coast.
